"An employee was telling a random stranger about the unsanitary things that go on in the back. How they drop food on the floor and still cook it. Washing hands is not part of their program. How they break almost all the health codes, and how they sabatoge people food for various reasons. My fries should have been arrested for looking the way they did. I asked for the hot liver and gizzards to be placed in aluminum foil so the hot oil would not burn the Styrofoam and get on the food. They ignored me and did what they want. DONT DO IT. DONT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS until they start to hire true professionals."
"Stay away from feather and fin on Tidewater Drive. Poor customer service. Young black Americans know nothing about work ethic. I was told feather and fin doesn’t fry hard anymore. I go right up the street to the next feather and fin and that request wasn’t an issue at all. Young employees in fast food services suck with people skills."

"If I could give no stars I would, this place is dirty, the bathroom is unsanitary and the staff!!!!! Feather 'n' Fin must have been desperate to hire anyone with a pulse because there customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!! Just like the restaurant. I am reporting this place to the health department. Spend some money on this location for some upgrades and get your staff some courses in customer relations because they suck and I am assuming the leadership sucks also."
"This place definitely gives you the mom & pop type experience with restaurants. It's on the small side with a tiny dining area which only has 5 tables and it looks a little run down. That being said, the food was delicious, came in generous portions, and the service was good. A nice mix of chicken, seafood, and some good southern style such as pork chops."
