Chipotle Mexican Grill

"I went to Chipotle at Wards Corner at 6 o'clock today and the doors were locked. There were employees inside. When someone came out I asked what was up. I was told there only accepting online orders. The reason was told short staff and not enough food. Another time I was there they were only Taking exact change or credit and yet another time the place was a mess including the steam table. There were people leaving pissed on each occasion . The commercials for Chipotle couldn't be any further from the truth. This store needs some attention from higher ups."

"WASTE of TIME. SPEECHLESS ON HOW TERRIBLE THIS RESTAURANT IS. Biggups to be the #2 staff members that were polite & helpful. Filthy facility, sloppy work & a shameful cast that aren’t knowledgeable on self or common respect. The “shift lead” has ZERO leadership qualities. Turned down the music that he blasted the for the unpleasant cashier. She seemed like a new team member, but she didn’t seem to understand the assignment, nor basic human decency. I heard it comes naturally. Wish I documented better..this isn’t the first time I’ve felt like flipping the table. My consistent patience with this industry is thin. WISH I WENT TO MOES."

"Ordered door dash because it got late and we weren't doing Chinese or pizza and I'm really upset that we didn't just fast altogether. I would have saved my family $100 for portions that don't even meet the fill line, a mini burrito and crunchy rice. We legit got kids meals. I guess inflation, right? If I had the option to go pick it up tonight I would have but I didn't. That way I could have at least gotten better portions and tipped the people who actually make your company tolerable. Poor Management is to blame, from the establishment and the company as a whole! Chipotle just gets worse and reminds me every time we 'cave' for a last minute meal why we say #neveragain. My door dash guy was super nice and on time, which was awesome!go you guy!"

"We placed an order online and arrived for pickup. While there was no one else online, it took a few moments to be recognized. We were given the order and told everything was included, but there were no utensils or napkins included. (We had bowls so utensils were needed.) the restaurant itself was dirty with debris throughout and all the trash cans were overflowing. The food itself was pretty good, but it seems to have lost some flavor over the years with the food becoming more bland."

"This Chipotle is the worst location I have ever been too. from the moment you walk through the door, the hostility and hatred from workers is felt. it was 5PM on a Saturday when ordering. They did not have tacos, no white rice, no cheese, no steak. I was not told they can go to the back to retrieve more, the female worker just said they “don’t have none”. As I inquired into what I could order, the worker stated loudly” oh, he’s gonna get on my last nerve“. The rudeness and belligerent attitude about simple inquiries for choices is beyond unprofessional. Each worker there seems to hate the job and it is truly visible and felt. Besides being out of everything, the restaurant interior was disgusting and unsanitary. Filth was on the floor everywhere and the drink station had various sodas all over the floor. No utensils or napkins were in stock and we just left in order to report this location to the regional manger (of which there isn’t a permanent assigned), and the health department. The worst restaurant in all of my 57 years!"
