"This is a bad un satisfactory experience. The food quality is not good."
"Unreliable, if they don't open on time, don't wait. When you are the only meal option in a museum campus (that doesn't allow outside food and drink), it is unacceptable to not be open on time. The cafe was supposed to be open at 10AM. We wasted 45 minutes waiting for them to open. The ticket counter confirmed they were supposed to open at 10 and was shocked to hear they were still closed. At 12:15 they still weren't open. So we gave up. Thankfully, your tickets allow you to leave and return, so we walked a block to "restaurant row" and ate somewhere else."
