"I went downstairs during my lunch break to get a sub and was astonished with the customer service I received from the employee working today. The employee rushed to make my sandwich when there was nobody in line behind me. She was very quick and short when giving her my order and made me feel bad for ordering a sandwich. Other customers approached the counter to ask the employee a question and the employee quickly snapped back with attitude. As a customer and coworker this is unacceptable."

"Worst service possible. I walked in and looked at the menu, but didn't see breakfast options. The staff were talking in the back. I walked closer to the counter to indicate that I was in need of help. A woman came out and said "can I help you?". I said "uhh", she abruptly said, "when you are ready to order, let me know". Then she turned around and walked back to the back. I was going to ask if they had a breakfast menu, but I couldn't get another word out before she cut me off and walked off. I spoke back to her that I was ready, but she just lost my business because she didn't give me a chance to speak. I don't know if she heard me, but her behavior was unexceptable! Will never return."
"Female employee wearing all black was so rude. Nice old lady being polite and saying please was treated bad. She was pushing her husband in a chair. The worker was rolling her eyes at the old lady and raising her voice. We were there ordering our food and she was short,face expression was like we were holding her up. People like that need to go get another job. Your at the hospital where people are there with their families. They're not there to be treated badly by subway employees. If it was me being the owner or manager, she would be fired on the spot. I'll never eat there again."
