"Hell’s Kitchen is always a good option for sitting down and chatting with your friends over delicious drinks and some great food. They have a couple of TVs in the restaurant that play a slideshow of memes, which is different to say the least, but better than nothing. I come here every couple of months when I want to go out with friends. Make sure you try the Southwest Egg Rolls!"

"We were looking for a place with plant based options and came across Hell’s Kitchen on Google. The service is very good. We were greeted at the door and seated immediately. Our server was knowledgeable about menu items and was helpful in our decisions. The plant based (the menu says vegan) wrap was tasty and left me satisfied. If you’re in downtown Norfolk and looking for a meal, I wouldn’t pass Hell’s Kitchen by."

"It’s hard to get a solid 5 stars from me but they came close. Went to lunch here on a Saturday with the wife. As soon as we walked in they had good music playing from the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s (my time era). The interior design was well chosen and I was certainly digging the old Norfolk interior brick. Service was excellent and timely. She checked on us frequently while we eating for our food. The cook presented the food with pride, as a cook should. The burger was ordered at medium well and he cooked it perfectly. Wife had wraps and they were excellent. A word to the one star ratings out there: if this staff was serving and cooking for you and you still gave a one star review then you’re impossible to please. Keep up the good work guys. We will be back when we are in downtown again. Thanks"

"-UPDATE to my review since the owner took my original review as “budgetary restraints” when clearly the amount of money was not my issue, it was the portion size, and quality of food. As a paying customer the whole point of the review is to provide feedback for your establishment so you can hopefully fix things in the future. I would have gladly paid $12 but NOT for what I received. And the menu I looked at was under your restaurant drop down on Google which I have used plenty of times to order at other places in the downtown Norfolk area. - They charged me $12 for the five small mozzarella sticks even though online it says $9 for 6 homemade. The marinara was very cold. And their version of a Cesar salad I was very disappointed. They put the dressing on it with powder Parmesan and no croutons. Although the staff were extremely nice I will never again. I feel like I wasted money."
