"Out of the 4 times that I've been there so far, one time their store hours are written wrong, another time the system was down so I can't get my sandwich and was charged for it, another time they are unable to make hot sandwiches. It's just one thing or another wrong with this establishment, and not consistent at all for an enjoyable dining experience. I gave it 2 stars because I was able to get my order done right 2 out of 4 times. The time when their system was down, the employee told me after that they tried to call me and someone answered and told them they did not order Subway, but I actually physically went to the store to pick it up, and did not receive any text or calls, so I highly suspect that they did whatever they said"
