"The female gas pump attendant, on 11/12/2023 at around 630 pm, was yelling down at an elderly female customer who was clearly hard of hearing. Regardless of who was right over how much was owed in change, the condescending tone of the gas attendant was downright disrespectful to the customer and her yelling (through the walk-up pa) at the customer could be heard from three gas pumps down. Ridiculous attitude and the worker refused to provide her name when I told her behavior was unacceptable."
"I recently had the pleasure of shopping at BJ's in Hampton, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience, thanks to the incredible customer service provided by a lovely lady. She not only ensured that we had everything we needed but went the extra mile by carefully packing our car to prevent any damage to our groceries. She even noticed our bread and made sure it wasn't squished during packing. Additionally, when she noticed a leaking drink package, she promptly replaced it without hesitation. I've done a lot of grocery pick-ups in the past, but this one was, without a doubt, the best. The exceptional service we received made our shopping trip a breeze and left us thoroughly impressed. Kudos to the staff at BJ's in Hampton for their dedication to customer satisfaction."
