"Out of sauce sour cream forks and didn't say nothing until after we ordered, and waited about 10 min. Then call us up to tell us they didn't have certain things. Poor management, will not be back and will tell everyone I know not to go to this taco bell. Just lazy"
"I received horrible food tonight from Taco Bell on Victory Blvd in Newport News. My 3 beef crunchy tacos were stale, the lettuce was wilted and brown, and the sour cream tasted spoiled. I’m afraid that I may get sick after consuming a bite. I had to discard the food. The best part of my order is the drink. I am done with Taco Bell. This type of service is unsatisfactory."
"I ordered via Mobile and the Mexican Pizza was rancid. I couldn't put my finger on it the first couple bites but I figured it out that the shells used on the Mexican Pizza was rancid, almost tasted like mold. I told the employees and got a refund, but they acted like they weren't concerned. Really gross and I hope I don't get sick."
"Nice place to enjoy lunch. Just make sure you have credit/card for the stupid machine to order. Cash orders don't get processed until paid for. IE... 4 people in line. 1 cash, 3 debit/credit. Cash does their order while 2-4 use debit/credit. While you're waiting to pay, 2-4 orders are processed and they get their's, while you're still waiting. What ever happened to customer service??"
"Overall great experience. Customer service has improved so much since the last time I’ve been here. The manager or whom ever the lady was in charge upholds a great standard when it comes to her employees and food. And it is fast food so you can’t expect much from taste, but the people there do make sure you get your money’s worth. I highly recommend them."
