"From the pictures on the wall to the newspaper in the basket, it has a great vibe. The chipper cod meal was perfect. Hint of lemon in the batter topped it off for me! Chips were crunchy and fresh. Highly recommend trying it out!"
"By far the best for fish and chips I have had in Virginia. Although it wasn’t the “hang over the plate” like I remember in Western New York it was very good. I ordered the haddock with a side of coleslaw… I’m picky when it comes to coleslaw…this was also very good. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the Yorktown area."
"Authentic fish and chips joint. Clean atmosphere, crispy batter (required malt vinegar and hot sauce for seasoning). My husband got the cod (2 pieces) I got the flounder. Both were good. I would rate 8 on a 10 scale. The Cole slaw was also flavorful and fresh. Not too mayonnaisey. The tartar sauce was also tasty. I would come again. Could have been more generous on the chips (fries) portion. I will try the onion rings next time."
"Nice little local owned spot in Grafton, you order at the counter and they bring it out with a smile. They have cod, shrimp, flounder, crab cake, chicken strips. several different side dishes. Nice decor but nothing fancy. The portion size on the card was very nice in filling along with the fries everything was hot and fresh. I would highly recommend you supporting these guys with your business."
