Subway

"I asked for my meat(chicken teriyaki) to be put in the microwave for 30 seconds before toasting it and the manager acted like it was a problem and she had never used a microwave B4. My husband has an autoimmune disorder and he has gotten a uncooked piece of chicken at one time so he feels better it I do it that way plus I don't want him getting sick because someone can't rotate product. It is just a precaution. Other than her everyone else was ok. That night I went they were not very friendly. Was clean , but the lettuce was brown and the manager refused to change it so I didn't get lettuce and my order was over $30 I don't appreciate that. It seems like if u don't want to be a bit friendly then u should stay home. I might not come back to that one I'm not sure. They need to think about others I have a terminally ill husband whom I am the sole caretaker of but I treated all the employees like I would want to be treated but didn't get reciprocated. I asked for double meat on his I was charged but didn't get it also but I let it go. I had to get home to my husband."

"Im a subway fanatic! This was the cleanest subway (bathroom and dining area) I have ever been in! And the girl who made my salad (protein bowl) today actually listened to what I asked for. Yhis subway location "understood the assignment"."

"After a long day at work, I ordered a turkey, bacon, club wrap. I went home. What I received was awful. It was not a wrap, it was only folded over. It was dripping an orange sauce everywhere. It turned out to be hot sauce. There was no bacon. There was a bunch of stuff in it I didn't ask for or want. I didn't get a refund and was told it was what I had ordered. I wonder if the kids working there thought it was a good prank. A waste of my time and money."

"Total disaster of a subway I ordered a curbside order from the parking lot. Waited for over 30 mins , no one ever brought my order out to me (I have small kids) so I had to go inside to find out what the holdup was. Never was greeted, I had to flag down a girl and ask where my order was since I've been waiting and was told oh we just finished but we don't have both pizzas ...u can cancel on doordash. I told her no I ordered through the subway site and that the only option I have is contact store so she needs to refund me or cancel the order she said she can't and I asked for a manager she walked off and another girl walks over with my bagged food says they can't do refunds. I ask why I'm being charged for food I don't get and she said I don't know and shrugs it off. Horrible! When I get home my subs are so soggy I can't even eat them. It looks like they just straight poured oil all over it and bread is a soggy mess. I will be in there first thing tomorrow demanding a refund. I called to let them know my subs are not edible and was told manager will be in tomorrow, when I asked for managers name the girl refused and said she can't give the name. You really need to have a manager working at all times because they have clueless kids working which seek to not know how to do a simple task."

"Ordered 3 subs last night, online for pickup. They were all disappointing but this was the most disappointing. What i ordered- meatball sub on toasted Italian 5 cheese bread. Double the protein, extra cheese, extra Mayo. What I got (I was hungry and took a bite)- appears to not be double protein. There was no cheese and 2 random globs of Mayo. It was cold and the Marinara and meatballs tasted...not recently made."
