"Placed an order for a pizza online and walked in 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I walked in, both employees had their heads down in their phones. Once I got their attention, they hadn’t even started my order yet. Sad excuses that you’d been busy getting ready for the dinner rush doesn’t make up for poor service. Granted, the pizza is good and I was offered a free beer from the nice lady at the bar, but I declined."
