Little Caesars Pizza

"I understand it is Friday orders are coming in back to back but this is unacceptable. This presentation is horrible on top of that it was undercooked this is supposed to be Deep dish with sausages and the other Italian cheese bread. If you would not feed this to yourself or your family do not do it to anyone else especially those who are paying for it! Please do better!"

"I waited at the counter for 10 minutes when there was no one in line. Understand, maybe they’re short staffed. Then I see the young man with the curly hair stop making pizzas to come help me out. Then I hear at least 5 employees arguing and dancing in the back, while the one guy is at the front by himself making food. There was a young poc man who was wearing a ski mask on his head, in no kind of uniform, play fighting with another poc woman with short hair. A couple walked in after me, and nobody was helping them, the poc people were still play fighting while the other man makes my food by himself. He even had to turn to his employees and say “have they been helped yet?” I felt his frustration. Poor man. These employees don’t know anything about customer service and can’t even help their fellow coworkers."

"It's little Caesars! Same taste and almost same price as when I was growing up, honestly pretty impressive that an organization has maintained the same quality (even if it is middle of the road). You have got to get the app and order through the portal; game changer for fast and cheap pizza(which is why you are going to lil Caesars anyway)"

"I have been going to this location for years and it has always been a hit or miss. Tonight was most definitely the biggest miss so far. I placed an order online for 2 pizzas and crazy bread, (1 thin crust Pepperoni and 1 stuffed crust sausage) at 6pm and was quoted a time range of 6:33-6:37. I arrived at 6:35 to a busy waiting area. The guy working the register asked who I was picking up for and told me they were working on it, but it would be another 5-10 minutes. I can completely understand this, due to how busy they appeared to be. I went back out to the car to wait and came back in 10 minutes later. The same gentleman told me they were still working on it so I waited inside. I slowly watch everyone disappear around me as they get their orders and leave. After waiting 30 minutes past the quoted time I ask again how much longer. He says they are still working on it. The manager then comes out from the back to help box pizzas. Flash forward, it is now 7:20 and since it has cleared out I can hear them easily at the boxing station and hear them saying here is the stuffed crust, to which the manager responds I need a sausage. It is now 45 minutes past being told 5-10 more minutes and they haven't even started it! All while the other pizza is just sitting on the counter! I said loudly "You have to be freaking kidding me". The manager came over very rudely asking what I meant and I explained my frustration with the situation and what I had already been told several times. His only response was to say well i was in the back i cant control what they told you, roll his eyes at me and say well do you want a refund or to give me 10 minutes to make it! I took the refund. When I asked for a number to call he rolled his eyes again, didn't say a word and just shoved the refund receipt in my face. In my opinion if a manager is in the back during a rush, wouldn't that mean that he was back there helping make orders (and missed half of mine) or was he just not working at all. By far the worst experience I could have expected."

"I placed my order at the register. Which was only a cheese pizza. I was told it'll be 10 mins. After 35mins wait, I finally got my pizza ONLY to get home and realize that it's RAW!! A DOUGHY white mess! I was so angry. I should have checked it before I left. Didn't even realize that the box wasn't that hot! $8 thrown in the trash!"
