"Food was not up to par at all, and it took forever, the food could of at least been good."

"They really don't take any pride in the food they put out. We received a pizza that was supposed to be Pepperoni, one or two of the slices didn't even have the grease on it. Brother man that works the front looks extremely disinterested in being there- I guess it's just good enough for Government work and the base..."

"I think this is my second or third time rating this place but here we go again. The pizza is great; the pizza is always cooked thoroughly, I can't say that for the Hut near my house (North Suffolk, Va). The pizza there is always undercooked. The service at Naval Station Norfolk is good but the atmosphere has a lot to be desired. I always hear, "Only the best for our troops." Well, let's cut the lip service and give them a Pizza Hut that's worthy of their patronage and doesn't have the warmth and ambiance of an automobile garage."

"Worst pizza ever. soft crust, toppings all over the place and slices without toppings. Never in my life have I felt soft and gooey pizza. Skip this place and hope they can give sailors a better place to eat. They deserve that much. Cashier was nice though."

"Horrible experience, I ordered a large pizza which I never received. I asked about the order 30 minutes later with confusion. They literally asked if I would be fine with this random medium pizza. Like seriously, why would I be fine with a medium when I ordered a large? After that, the lady in the back asks if I’d be fine with the medium and comped for the rest of the order. I just walked out of the restaurant. Honestly, you should not have these people working there, I for one will never come back to this place and it’s sad to see how disgusting this place looks as well."
