"Disappointed with Changes at Panera Bread Norfolk-Janaf Shopping Center I recently visited Panera Bread in Norfolk and was disappointed to learn that they discontinued curbside pickup for mobile orders. Unlike the Virginia Beach location, there's no drive-thru option available. This inconvenience has affected my overall experience, and I hope the management considers bringing back these services for the convenience of loyal customers. For now I will support the Virginia Beach store."

But hold up, let me tell you about the scene,Restrooms dirty, man, far from pristine.Apples on the table, not looking too fresh,Unwashed, untouched, that’s a mesh. I have always enjoyed my visits to Panera, but the recent policy change has made me reconsider my loyalty to the brand. If the discontinuation is related to labor concerns, I urge you to explore alternative solutions such as incorporating AI-powered robots, which have been successfully implemented by many other companies. I believe this could not only address the labor issue but also ensure the safety and satisfaction of your customers. Additionally, I would like to emphasize that curbside service has been a crucial and appreciated offering, and its removal will result in lost revenue for your business. "Service is extremely slow at this location. Placed online order while in the restaurant for one baked item. After 30 minutes when I asked about my order I was told "it's ready" sitting on the counter not in the rapid pick up area, this was while staff were simply standing around, app said it was in the pick up area. Pretty dirty restaurant during a non peak time 3PM. Hot water for tea, etc. had to wait and ask for hot water, had to wait in line for hot water."

"I have to say love it place a other for delivery Tuesday deals on bakers bagel awesome, got a free sandwich & a really big and nice free tote with my order. Their half gallon mango juice addictive & if you don't have the app & rewards program get 100 % recommended. It was here deliver carefully, we'll packed thank you so much."
