"This Granby Street location has been the worst for at least a decade. Perhaps two or three. It is better to drive to the Wards Corner location. If you order something simple here, and tell the app you are already there before you leave home, it might be ready when you get there. If you can get someone's attention, no one is going to acknowlege your presence. And forget about ice cream at this location."
"This McD's serves a college campus, so when they're busy they're BUSY. However. They always have excellent service and I've never had any issues, regardless of what time of day I go. Definitely good management. Perfect for a student on a budget."
"While service was fast and everyone was incredibly nice, my food took almost 25 minutes when I was inside. The drive-thru was moving quickly and people were getting their orders before mine, despite arriving after me and getting the same food. I ended up getting my food to go because it took so long. But I'm most disappointed that nobody took the time to tell me there was going to be a wait or that maybe they had run out of something. The restaurant was near empty, and the line had no more than two or three people outside."
"My first time here and I will definitely be coming back. Those potatoes were everything......I had to come back to change my rating is this place. Today, 9/2/23, I placed a mobile order, ran around the corner to pick it up and an hour later I still have no food. I could not get a refund since I did it on the app and did not have the card with me. And had to get food from somewhere else."
