"I’ve been going to this location for many years, since the new manager, Emit started taking over it has been the best Dunkin location in the area. The staff is amazing, always friendly, kind, professional. Orders are done fast and always accurate. Emit is always working hard with his staff. I visit this Dunkin at least 1-2 times a day 7 days a week and will go out of my way just to go there!!!!"

"Never going ever again. Shorted me $10 cash. Basically stole and the coffee tastes/looks like milk and water. I have now called 6 times with no answer. Unfortunately I had to get to work and didn’t have the time to go in and discuss this. Used to go once a week. Never going again. You for sure lost a customer. I would give zero stars if I could. I don’t have money to letting people steal from me."

"Every time I go to this Dunkin, I regret it. Usually it’s the customer service. I understand wait times and being busy and I never complain about that, but if you are going to have a horrible attitude on top of that? It is unacceptable. I have had several instances where the food was burnt, they didn’t secure my coffee lids, they gave me the wrong drinks or just tried to tell me that I didn’t order something on the app even though I paid for it. I stopped going here for months and finally went today because I was in a hurry. I will say that the customer service was better, but the drink I got myself was god-awful. The powder wasn’t mixed in, it was sitting on top of the drink. They didn’t give me a straw either, I luckily had an extra in my car. I don’t understand paying $7 for a drink to look and taste like this (pics attached) I usually don’t even order for me, I order for an elderly couple and happened to get myself a drink today. Otherwise Dunkin wouldn’t get my business. Do yourself a favor and go to the store on North Battlefield!"

"Brand new store but so sloppy. Expect no customer service: employees have zero sense of urgency, barely greet patrons and move very slowly. I have seen the same old munchkin on the floor for the past 5-6 weeks which means they don’t clean. This morning I ordered hash browns and was told 5 minutes later (after I paid) that “the truck didn’t come” and they were out ... We had to wait for our orders for far too long in the past and even got the app hoping to get better experience, only to get food that was made half way and at luke warm temperature. It’s a shame, really, because we love DD. This location is no good. 12/27/20 UPD got two bacon, egg and cheese on toasted english muffin sandwiches and cheese wasn’t melted, muffins weren’t toasted, over all, everything was very sloppy."
