"Literally called them just to make sure they had everything for the green goddess CAPRESE melt… they said yes and then my melt didn’t have basil or arugula like the description says it does. 1/3 of the ingredients missing. They also cut the tip off of my sandwich’s baguette for my side of baguette, so the sandwich wasn’t even whole. ordered it before and it had chicken on it… it’s a vegetarian sandwich."

"I used to go there often to use flex and meal exchanges because they’re basically the only option for vegetarian food on campus and they’d mess up my order at least half the time. It’s been a while but I just went in to order a green goddess caprese melt and they were out of the dressing so i ordered a margarita pizza and specifically asked if they have both tomato and basil. they said yes and somehow i still got a pizza with no basil. wasn’t surprised. they seem to always be short staffed and/or have a struggling staff and it’s a never ending problem."

"I had ordered a You Pick 2 (Chipotle Avocado Melt and a bowl of Broccoli Cheddar) and my sister got a Duet (Grilled cheese and tomato soup) and a half Frontega. Majority of the order was correct except for the fact that I was given a bowl of Chicken and Wild Rice instead of what I ordered. I called the restaurant to tell them about the error and the man I spoke to was very understanding and reassured me that we could come back to get the correct soup after our classes. He said we didn't need to leave our names or anything and that he'd let the other managers know. When we went to get the soup, there was a lady with dreads that I'm assuming was a manager that didn't seem convinced that I was there to get my order fixed. She was unnecessarily rude and acted like I was an inconvenience for her when it was their mistake that left me with half of a Chipotle for lunch. She still gave me the soup though. No spoon, no napkins, just soup in a bag. I hope this Panera can teach all of the employees to be as hospitable as the man I spoke to."

"Their soda wasn't very good. Not a very clean location. Food was only served in carry out bags. We are in but it was noticable that this was the dirtiest location we had been to in Virginia. The staff was polite and parking was cheap."

"when I first came in the employees were rude and inconsiderate, i ordered a grilled cheese and it took 15 minutes for me to get my food. when i did my grilled cheese had 3 thick slices of NOT MELTED cheese and my sandwich was barely warm, the baguette i got on the side was also cold and my smoothie tasted awful. I love panera and have never had this kind of experience except at this location."
