"I can see why they only have 3 stars. They never get the order right and the only reason why I come here is because it’s close to my house. My order is always missing something, even when I check it. I ordered 3 meals recently and they forgot my sandwich and still tried to charge me for the sandwich when I ordered 3 meals!! If I’m ordering 3 meals, it should come with the fries and sandwiches. Why would you give me 3 fries, 3 drinks and 2 sandwiches? And then try to charge me for a sandwich?? Sounds like someone needs a math class refresher. No idea how this location is still open."

"I don't usually review places, and almost never to give a bad review. At this point I'm tired of getting my order absolutely wrecked. Not a one time thing. The last 4 or 5 times they have gotten my burger wrong, no matter how i say it, no matter how many times I repeat it. They can't follow simple omission. They are close to work and I have continuously given them a chance but this is ridiculous. They have closed early multiple times without telling anyone. I will show up directly behind someone who gets served and wait ten minutes without anyone bothering to tell me they have closed early. This has already happened twice. Terrible place I would not suggest anyone go here."

"Do not recommend!!!They are in desperate need of serious new management. Unsanitary. Hair in all of the kids meals food. Food always stale and cold. Fries never fresh. They never pay attention to the order. Absolutely disgusting. Would not recommend this location. Further action to the Food and Health department will be contacted due to the negligence of this location for a serious health inspection."

"Since when do you stock out as the ignorant person who I interrupted rudely let me know why no one took my order at the drive thru. You are losing sales as 6 cars in front of me drove off also. It's stupid to not serve during open hours due to their poor leadership in having people stocking the restaurant instead of taking orders. You just lost a customer, I'll be going to the Jefferson Wendy's from now on where they know how to take care of their customers and are polite and respectful. Close your doors if you don't know how to run a restaurant."
