"Person at the window did not even speak to me when I paid or received my drink and the drive through line was the longest I've ever had to sit for any so. This is a new location and im highly disappointed."
"This Starbucks is insane. Not only is the parking lot incredibly small, packed and hard to get though. The wait times are 20-30 minutes even with mobile pick ups. Order ahead, still waiting 30 minutes. Drive the distance to another Starbucks. They are extremely high volume, i understand That but they need to get it together."
"I'm really sick of the baristas trying to blame me for their ticket problems. I'm not responsible for what order the app spits out tickets. I didn't do a damn thing wrong ANY of the times Starbucks employees snapped at me over losing track of my drink because they were in separate orders, or it 'taking longer' (it doesn't) on their drive through times I come and pick up my order at the expected time listed on the app. Coming to Starbucks has been an extremely stressful experience since employees now feel like they have the right to snap at their guests. I think it's about time to start submitting better Business bureau reports so that Starbucks can start being held accountable for no longer being an ethical company."
"Why place mobile orders if they aren't started until one shows up? I place an order, arrive on time, they say they are just getting started. Two cars in drive thru and only a few inside, this is nearly consistent. Learn to make the cold brew sweet cream nitro consistently or pull from the menu. A 75% accuracy is NOT acceptable for a $6 drink. It's completely undrinkable sometimes. It is ONLY the Pole Green location. My last time ever going to this location. Many of my orders are wrong. I can't understand how every other location I go to get it right 99% of the time."
"Extremely disappointed. I've ordered this drink before at the Starbucks on Battle Hill Dr. and it was great. This time, it was completely separated and just really not good. I've been sipping on it anyway going down the road because I didn't have time to have them remake it. I had ordered two because it was so good last time I wanted my boyfriend to have his own. It also sat on the counter without a lid for several minutes before someone popped the lid on and called out my name. I didn't think they were my drinks at first because they looked awful. Pics to show what mine looks like this time compared to last."
