"Unfortunately this location doesn't have a drive through, parking us hard then you have all this mobil orders coming in, every where I go they are prioratazing the mobill orders and it takes to long for customers that come in."
"A shout out to Barista Mathew! On a trip from Norfolk to Nashville September 10th, I accidentally placed an order at a store about 15 minutes away. Mathew, very kindly and quickly filled our order. He offered to let the other store know as well. His courtesy and customer care were 5 stars! Thank you, Mathew!"
"Great atmosphere and very clean. Coffee was great. Especially want to thank the two young ladies for being very friendly and showing great Hospitality this morning at 6:15 am. Only suggestion I aloud make is: I’m not sure why I need a double cup and cup sleeve. I find it more annoying trying to drink coffee out of a double cup."
"The employees at this location are all very friendly! This Starbucks is almost always super busy when I go and the wait is often extremely long. Because it's so busy the floor often needs to be swept up and the sugar/napkin station is often a mess. No drive thru at this location."
