"Espresso machine was down. The cashier was irritated and unpleasant. Didn’t help suggesting alternatives. Suggested I go to another Starbucks. Third time I’ve been to this location and something’s broken. Last two times it was the ice machine (not back to back visits)."

"Starbuck needs to come out with a joint that is not sweet. I see this for the diabetics. Because they need to have the opportunity to drink something is not loaded with sugar. And is there was need to follow the directions of the customer. Also noticed now all service do that and then when they have to make the drink again this attitude but it's basically their fault because they didn't follow directions."
