"They are not open 24 hours a day.. and if they are then the employees are lazy as hell. We went at 4:30 am and was told by someone through the drive through that they weren’t open yet. I am not suprised since most the time they can’t get orders right or leave it sitting on the counter forever because they don’t want to bring it out for online pick up. Do better…"
"I walked into a clean lobby where I ordered a double cheeseburger, without pickle or onion, French fries, and a large tea. The burger was quite good, nice and fresh. The fries were a little old, so I asked for fresh ones. Without missing a beat, the fella behind the counter got me more and asked that I try then to make sure they met my expectation. This time, they were hot and crispy. Good food today and nice staff."
"The drive through is very very slow. I placed an order in the app to pick up in the drive through. When I got to the window after 25 minutes of waiting they sent me to the curbside pickup spots to wait another 10 minutes. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and had my food before I got through this painful process. Also what is with their prices? They are incredibly inflated now. This is not my choice to go to anymore."
"I never expect to much from MC Donald's but I do expect the food to be mostly correct. This time though the food was not correct I believe I had gotten someone else's drive thru order. Remember to always check your bags before leaving. Thankfully the managers were nice about it and in a quick manner got the correct order."
