"Wow! That's all I can say after the first bite. I ordered a cinnamon roll based primarily off of reviews. Whoever did not give this a 5 star review should be booked with a crime. Outstanding cinnamon roll. Out of this world Donuts ( the secret sauce is the sea salt ). I would drive out of my way to try this again ( I live 30 minutes away as well ). A+++"
"The Treat Shop is a fantastic find in a low traffic shopping center. Tony takes pride in the food served, and that care shines through in the quality, taste, and presentation. The cinnamon bun donuts are out of this world. I have never had anything quite like them. My husband usually stops in to grab donuts, but yesterday, I had the opportunity to go myself and learned of the excellent eastern Carolina (NC) bbq. I met Tony, the proprietor and Sonia, who was working the front. They are fantastic people. Stop by for breakfast, donuts, bbq, ice cream, or any combination. This is a true gem of a local business. Oh, and call for catering!!!"
