"They left a drink off of my online order and then tried to tell me that I was wrong about the third drink. He changed his tune when I pulled my order up on my phone. The drink tasted "off" when I finally received it."
"A uncaring employee failed to adhere to Starbuck’s paper cup in cup policy (per the staff), so that I could barely lift the cup out of my car before it collapsed, spilling hot coffee all over my lap and the interior of my vehicle. An obvious total lack of caring, intelligence and/or poor training! Will go to the location nearby and avoid this level of incompetence from now on."
"Very slow service. Mobile order took 11 minutes for a shaken espresso (states 3 to 6 minutes on the app). Only one person making drinks when there were 5 employees total, no wonder it is sloowww drink service. Team effort would make it faster, I felt bad for the one lady making all the drinks by herself."
