"They don’t have ice 75% of the time. And the drinks are not good. They don’t taste right unless you order like a plain coffee. I’ve given them multiple chances since I live close to there but I can’t waste my money there anymore."
"This place is terrible I’ve been here multiple times and the service is horrible! Whoever their managers are need to have them take their training over or hire new staff!!! They said it’s open online and on the app but they never open when they say they do! I waited one day and never saw anyone even though it was open and I asked the security he said yeah they open but I was standing there for like 10 minutes then This pass Thursday I went there at 1:30pm and nothing was on display the young lady with blonde braids or locks decided to walk from behind the counter and put the divider across the entrance to state that they are closed and a young man asked could he order she said no that me and and another young man in front of me are her last customers like really!!!! I decided to leave my last straw with them! And I won’t be going back their I’ll just do my usual target shopping and skip out on Starbucks I gave all my gift cards to the homeless guys in case they wanna go there I’m perfectly fine! JUST TERRIBLE!!!!!!"
