"I hadn't been to the remodeled building yet and decided to go by for dinner last. I ordered my food then we ended up just stuck waiting in the drive through for like 20 minutes. Finally got up to the window and he tells me she never put my order through and he could take my order again. Finally got back home and went to eat our food and the roast beef ob our sandwiches was rare. Pink blood on my bread was a little too much for me."
"On 9/22/23 I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone regarding an incorrect order. I was frustrated about the inconvenience but she was very nice and professional about the situation. She stated that her name was Keri and settled things very quickly and satisfactory. She definitely made my day. Such amazing service, I will definitely be ordering again."

"I ordered a reuben and loaded fries. Got home and a small roast beef sandwich and loaded fries in a bag. Sandwich had a small amount of roast beef on bun. Loaded fries were great. Tried calling 5 times over 3 days. No one answered and you can not leave a voice mail."
