"The most consistent thing about this McDonald's is that your order will be incorrect and then they will take for ever correcting it. Last 3 times wrong and over 20 minutes to get what you pay for!"
"My husband and I put in mobile orders for curbside pickup. When we arrived, we entered our space number and waited 15 minutes. Eventually, we opted to just go in and a manager “helped” us, but he had to ask someone else where the mobile orders were held. Another employee said, “oh they’re sitting right there.” They’d been made and had been sitting there for who knows how long, so when we got them… all the food was cold. Additionally, my husband paid for extra breakfast sauce on his bagels and got none. All around a pretty terrible experience. Don’t offer curbside if you won’t send people out with the orders."

"Order placed on line, for a Big Breakfast with hotcakes no biscuit. Pulled in #1 spot, let them know. Food came out I thanked them and left. When I got to my office which is about 5 minutes away, no pancakes but a bag full of butter."
"The staff was cussing inside and being rude. Giving me rude looks for coming through at 10pm when I just got off work. They told me they didn't have cookies ready and sounded bothered I was interested anyway. Then I paid almost $12 for 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and a fry and this was what I get. It was over fried and no chicken really inside. Terrible experience. I should have gone to Wendy's"
