"The only reason I’m giving you two stars is because the lady who handed me my food was kind, other than that I wouldn’t give you one star. My order is always wrong, and this visit in particular , I was given a bun that looked like it was smashed around in the floor so I had a thin piece of holy bread for a top “bun” . This food is going in the trash, where it belongs. And I will no longer pay your location to screw my entire order up."

"Madison heights location has to be the slowest I've ever encountered. I waited a collective 28 minutes and then my food was less than appealing. I barely ate any of it. Fries had been sitting, hamburger was cold and all this after I waited so long and even pulled up and waited for my food and still cold. And 8 could not go back because I was already behind schedule because of my wait. So I wasted 7.00 basically. On the bright side the cashier was pleasant. But that all I can say that's positive. And they looked fully staffed too."

"I get it, I pay for convenience and not quality. But y'all didn't have to give me this dried up chicken in my wrap, I crunched into something and thought I broke my tooth (I have great teeth) if you have bad teeth I do not advise. I gave 2 stars because I had one of these wraps a week ago and it was hot and fresh. Today's visit was a one. Do better y'all."

"Our local Wendy’s is a good place for burgers. I am surprised of late the presentation of your food when you get it home. The burger I am sorry to say looked liked they were in a hurry and just slapped it together. The lettuce, tomato , and onions all half on burger . I like mayo and catsup, but not to the point you hold your burger and it flows off. The fries are so much better those were still intact. The customer service has improved, but not smiling faces all the time. It’s like they are a factory and get you through for a quota they need to make. Good old fashioned hellos, thank you’d, and what happened to smiling when you take the customers money. Simple but effective. I will get food from here again . hopefully they might have enough staff to get items made without looking slapped together."

"WHat in the world. I have had a lot bad service in this has got to be the worst service I have ever seen. Ordered #1 and a large chili, at 30 minutes still haven't received anything. Saw a lot of people walking around, looking at the front. Saw lots of people coming in with wrong orders, Saw workers not wearing gloves or washing there hands, lots of Flys flying around, the floor was so slippery I'm surprised no one was falling. Needless to say I darkened there door for the last time, McDonald's and dairy queen is within walking distance. Went to McDonald's Ordered and had food within 5mins. And for the record they don't deserve the one star that is mandatory to give!, need an option to give negative. I think what the real problem was , there was not management present, no one wanted to fix the problem. There were a couple working, VERY FRUSTRATING!"
