"I ordered online and paid with a gift card. When I arrived at 6:55 pm, there was a sign on the door that read “ We apologize for the inconvenience but, due to preparation of food and no bread, we will be closed until 6:45.” I called the store, they didn’t answer. Multiple customers called the store and still, no answer. I have not received a refund and it’s been more than a week. I’ve ordered from this location twice; the first time the food wasn’t up to standards and the last time, they refused to serve their customers. DO NOT order from this store; you’ll lose your money and the food isn’t great. How they’re still in business is beyond me!"
"Arrived at the drive thru at 9:14 pm the store was advertised to be open until 11:00pm went through the drive through the man that came over the speaker was rude and when I responded appropriately he proceeded to tell me that they were technically closed and he was “helping me out” it was absolutely ridiculous they want top dollar for mediocre products and then you get disrespected for simply trying to support there business absolutely unacceptable"
"I sat in the drive through at the speaker for about 5 minutes…nothing. I then pulled to the drive through window and sat another 5 minutes, blew my horn…. Still nothing. I could see people inside so pulled around and went in the front door to find… **. One worker in the entire place ** Shame on this owner, disrespecting your customers and employees this way. You have good food but one person can’t run this store and allowing unsuspecting customers to sit waiting for someone who cant serve them is WRONG"
"This Subway seem to set their own hours. Whenever they feel like working. The store sign show close at 11PM and the website show 12AM. I have been there and they have been closed much earlier such as 8PM, 9PM etc. Not sure what the problem is. I don't live far from this one but they need to remain open during posted business hours. I gave service one star because of their lack of availability."
"I arrived after having problems with the app. They were not busy... My order was to be done at 5:00 it's almost 5:30. People in line are helped right a away... But they kept saying they will work on it 5:30 and I'm still here. I'm sure the food will be good.. But service is bad."
