"Basically the only clean, friendly place to stop in Madison Heights if you want to work or relax. Drinks are well made, and quickly corrected if any mistakes happen. I've spent some time studying here, iced mocha with chocolate cream cold foam in hand, and have to say most of the recent bad reviews are dishonest. Half of them are from unhinged mouth breathers who mobile order a drink, then immediately rush in and press themselves against the counter like impatient toddlers - glaring daggers at the baristas for having the audacity to make drinks in the order they were received. What part of hand-crafted do people in Madison Heights not understand? The app has a time estimate on the wait when you mobile order, which might assuage some patrons' impatience... if only the average local could read or count past 3. Store: 5/5 - Clean lobby, drinks made with care. Customers: 0.5/5 - Herds of angry toddler-adults who have the discipline and patience of a goldfish on meth."

"It's unfortunate that this lovely new store has such inefficient baristas. They are slow, disorganized, and borderline rude. The cashiers have been friendly which makes the attitude of the others all the more disappointing. The first time I visited, there was a guy behind the pastries counter who ignored me. Another fellow, nearby, also ignored me. I had to ask if someone could assist me, and a third person appeared to take my order. Then I waited and waited for the order while folks behind the counter wandered back and forth and chatted. Two subsequent visits provided essentially the same experience. Surely, Starbucks can do better."

"I'm sooo disappointed, for my son. He wanted Starbucks, he insisted on Madison Heights...the 1st young lady was professional and polite...But the gentleman fixing the drinks...Poor customer service, rude. Attitude for no reason, and when I said I'm sorry thinking I misheard him, he then AGAIN rudely let me know my drinks were ready...and the amount of ice, I maybe had half a cup of drink..Honestly McDonald's has a better Frappuccino"
