On Labor Day at that.. anyways I ordered online about a half hour ago and still waiting in my subs. Kinda toxic. People just keep walking in and getting theirs first. "Ordered online through the subway site. Subway said my order was ready and when I came to pick it up it still wasn't ready after 35 minutes even tho the store didn't seem busy. Employee told me I had to cancel my order through the website, after trying to figure it out for a while I called corporate who then told me I had to call the store to cancel my order. Wish their employees knew this and canceled it when I asked so I wouldn't have wasted more of my time by telling me I had to do it online."
