East Coast Wings + Grill

"This place has been declining in its quality and service over the past year. This visit on 1/28, It took forty minutes for food to arrive at the table, they got our dine-in order wrong, even after several attempts to correct it. Some of what we ordered and asked for - 4 times, never arrived at the table at all. The wings were cold, rubbery and poorly coated in sauce, some had no sauce at all. The bill was wrong, and in the end after they corrected it, it was still wrong, but it was wrong in my favor, so I didn't say anything. Parking in this location is HORRIBLE, that's not new, but it's an issue. We sat and listened to others around us also complaining about issues with either service or their bill."

"Simply put they have the best wings anywhere around. Awesome atmosphere with amazing staff! And a great beer selection! Not to mention they have the most amazing selection of flavors from wet to dry! And even if you don’t want wings they have other foods as well!"

"I have always loved this place however the attention to detail and customer service has plummeted greatly. After a long workday I placed an online to go order. Everything was tied tight so without breaking the bags open and having them rebag it to check it I was hoping surely reading an online order and doing quality check it would be right. I was sadly mistaken. We were missing pretzel pub bites an item we always get. We were also missing the dipping sauce for the funnel fries. I call them and was put on hold for 10 minutes before I personally hung up and called back. I asked to speak to the manager. He took the pub pretzel bites off the order. Nothing was done in regards to missing part of what goes w the funnel fries. I let him know I don’t live close and was passing them on the way home so planned the order. He said he had no good excuse for the long wait time for the phone and said sorry. I worked for a decade in the service industry and have never come across such lax customer service. I tipped on the to go order and while part of what was missing was removed nothing was even offered to possibly retain or keep my business. Even a 10% off your next order would have given me some kind of faith in this place still. So here I am making sure I leave a detailed review and plan to spread the word to everyone on this lovely experience I had today!"

"It took a little over an hour to get the 8 of us our food. That was a bit disappointing. Waitress was great! Our drinks were never empty while waiting for our food. Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and a side salad. Ranch dressing was great, sandwich was a bit dry however it was still good flavor."

"They have not been open too long so that probably explains the long wait time for food. Our server was very attentive and explained she was in training. Her trainer came by our table (of six) later, introduced herself and made herself available as well. Overall the food was good. I got 10 bone in wings (average size) with peppadew dry rub and “insanity” level heat. They were hot and there was definitely some Ghost Pepper flavor, but they were certainly not insane (Full disclosure: I grow my own Ghost Peppers so I’m a little immune). The guys I was with all enjoyed their wings and the chicken wrap as on par with any other grilled chicken wrap. The house fires seasoning was very tasty and I was told the sweet potato waffle fries were amazing. I will return."
