"Food wasn't nearly as good as any other burger king I have gone to. They completely forgot my havesies and forgot bacon on my whopper. It was only 2 cars in line in front of us and we waited about 20 minutes. The least they could do is get my order right for that long a wait."
"Just sat in line for 30 minutes just to be told by the gentleman taking orders that I need to have patience. The same employee who was outside doing tash duty, and then back on register and handling food without gloves. I counted 6 employees inside, even though the man who got short with me claimed the wait was because of being short staffed."
"Service was slow, staff was incredibly rude, and the food was awful. Even for burger king, this was a disappointment. Everything tasted old and dry. We waited about 5 mins for someone to come to the register, there were people in front of us that were waiting longer. It took another 25mins for a couple of cold whoppers. Half the staff was in the back standing around on their phones while preparing the food. We have tried going 3 different times hoping it was a fluke. Same experience each time. Do better burger king."
"The Royal crisper burger was given as Raw chicken burger, it’s very horrible, when we complained, the staff thinks it’s funny, seeing the burger inside and laughing. They should at least have some sense this is not a joke."
"Waited a bit for my food but it doesn’t bother me if my food is good and correct. Everything I’ve had here is hot fresh and good and they actually give your moneys worth. They actually fill up the fry containers and don’t rip you completely off like McDonald’s."
