"Having spent a decent chunk of my life living in italy, I usually avoid italian restaurants since they’re more often than not disappointing. But this entire meal made me feel like I had teleported to italy for a couple, blissful hours. The familial setting was comforting and homey, and the food! We started with the octopus which was perfectly cooked and had golden brown potatoes and aioli. Then we got the pizza margherita and the gnocchi, both simple dishes in nature, which allowed the quality of ingredients and texture to shine. The gnocchi were the perfect balance between firm and soft and the pizza was exactly the consistency you’d find in an italian pizzeria (explained by the brick oven in the kitchen). To finish, we got the cannoli and an affogato with homemade hazelnut gelato. I always get hazelnut at every gelateria i go to in Italy so my standards are high, and this did not disappoint. The cannoli had the perfect consistency, and were clearly filled fresh on the spot. The last time i came here, I got the espresso plain and can confirm that it is a genuinely amazing espresso on its own. Whenever I’m in the area, I always make time for a meal here!!"

"My husband and I stopped here traveling back home, hoping for a nice dinner. We were both very pleased with our meal. Luckily, we were able to seated without reservations (it was a Tuesday night). the atmosphere was charming, food was full of flavor, wine was perfect. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms to share. I ordered the Gnocchi alla Sorrentina with a glass of Moscato D'Asti. My husband had the Fettuccine al Pescatore with a bottled Yingling. Serving size of our entrees were plenty, flavor was great, and we didn't have to wait long. Perfect experience to wrap up our evening."
