"I ordered my drink and then some. My child wanted to order a warm drink for the homeless person that was outside. I asked the barista if i can add the another drink like the one I got and she said no they don’t take orders at the window. WHAT?! I have to wait for my drink anyways and you can’t make another drink while I wait??? I even let her know it was for the homeless person outside and still said no. WOW! just wow Starbucks ! Where is the compassion for people less fortunate than us. I just ended up giving the person my drink and food because that’s what good people with good hearts do !!! Shame on you Starbucks in Front Royal VA and shame on all those baristas! It is 28 degrees outside! have a heart !!"

"I was traveling through the area and stayed at a nearby hotel. This Starbucks is conveniently located right off the main road. There are numerous stores and restaurants surrounding it. The staff was friendly, fast and my Americano was perfectly made. Plus, there is a patio and ample tables/seats inside."
