"The pizza always has a wonderful amount of cheese that covers the whole pizza. The they do a nice spread of toppings over it as well. We ordered a sub for the first time this evening and it was exploding with fixings."
"For starters it was fine I ordered boneless barbecue wings. When I got them was a different story they did not taste good at all and they were cold so I called back to do something about it and the manager told me that just because I don't like them he couldn't do nothing about it just because I didn't like it. Then he told me how they make their barbecue sauce and never have I heard barbecue sauce hot sauce and butter being mixed for a sauce that's disgusting. But I was more disgusted with the way the manager handled the situation and told me that he would not replace it just because I didn't like it. This is the worst customer service I've dealt with around front Royal."

"My company had used Fox's for quite a while and then the issues began. Even though a delivery time was open on the website, delivery could be anywhere up to 2 hours later. There was on call or anything to indicate the delivery would be that late. When I would call, the response was not nice and was usually just a lot of excuses which were generally lack of staff. One of our orders was incorrect so I contacted them to correct it. The woman who answered was clearly annoyed I had called. She told me I was wrong because she thinks she made what was missing from the order. The items were missing and she reluctantly agreed to make the missing items and send them out. She was not at all friendly. Recently we tried Fox's again and the delivery was very late. When I called to check on the time, I received more excuses. The pizzas arrived overcooked. We will not be returning to Fox's."
