"Cashier was extremely quiet. Workers were very unhelpful gave me 1/2 a quesadilla and a water smoothie. My friend had a with straight ice. When I asked for sour cream I didn’t get a response for 3 minutes and then they said no very quickly and ran away. We Workers were in back while the restaurant (ESPECIALLY BATHROOMS) needed to be cleaned. Trash was overflowing like my toilet will be after eating that horrible food."
"Stopped here on a road trip and had bad service and poor quality food. They tried to put Swiss cheese on a chicken Cesar wrap, and even after confirming what they were making, they still made the most basic wrap completely wrong and it was missing half of the ingredients. The worker wore gloves but constantly tucked her hair behind her ears, defeats the purpose of gloves….we’ve had tropical smoothie cafe across the country and never had an experience this bad. I don’t recommend stopping at this one."
"The bathroom sink is so gross I could NOT use it to wash my hands....that's not ok right?! I went in while waiting on the 1 guy working making stuff. I can't"
"I don’t get how you can forget the chicken in a Baja chicken wrap and you gave me watered down smoothies. Also a worker came out from the bathroom with cleaning supplies in hand but the bathroom did not look clean at all when I walked in. Appalled by my experience. UPDATE: tried going to the website and it won’t even let my type what was wrong! VERY DISAPPOINTED! Keeps saying “required” and I keep trying to explain my experience and it won’t let me type in what happened. DO BETTER TROPICAL SMOOTHIE. WHAT A SCAM!!"
