As a nonprofit agency focusing on the behavioral and emotional well-being of children and teenagers, Cadence Care Network also specializes in the treatment and placement of youth in compassionate foster care homes. Donations to the institution can help provide birthday gifts for foster children or social outings for those struggling to communicate in school or with their families.

"Very rude staff. Sue called before mailing a bill that my children's appointments would be cancelled until the balance was paid. Her tone very accusatory and demeaning. I'm apologize that ChampVA only pays 75%, not 100%. As a disabled combat veteran I believe my families coverage should be better. It's not, but I pay my bills. Send one next time. Avoid them at all costs, they will hurt your family more than help."

"They make appointments they don’t keep. Say the left you a voicemail but it’s a lie. I drove from Youngstown to Niles no appointment!"

"They make promises for supports they have not met. They also refer outside agencies that also lie and do not provide promised supports. Leaving you and your family in a bind, beware and have a back up plan of action. Waited over several months to get services as well. Staff is friendly though and will listen !"
