"There is an older lady that works here seems like maybe just part time and she is the wooorrrssstt. She has a sour face & sour demeanor to match. Her customer service skills are abysmal. At first I thought maybe she just having a bad day but I've seen her several times now & she is an absolute kill joy every time."

"Soooo…I spilled my venti iced coffee all over the floor and Bradley cleaned it up. I felt so embarrassed and horrible to impose extra work on them but Bradley made sure to calm me down. It was an excellent learning experience as far as how I react when my children spill something. They offered me grace and kindness. It was one of the best Starbucks experiences I have ever had. And I’m at Starbucks literally every day all over the country as i travel a lot."
"This location is my opinion is one of the best around. I live less than a mile away from the Canfield location but still drive down 224. Nothing beats the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the drinks. My strawberry refresher is always on point here! O, and did I mention the inside? It’s spotless clean!"
