"Wonderful ladies that answer the phone! They are so friendly and so is the counselor she is worth 5 stars alone and so are the girls upfront…. Now, the reason for the 4 stars is because of the nurse practitioner here. She deserves nothing. No stars at all. She rushes you and on the very first visit has no idea who you are but will shove meds at you and demand you take them and not stop them no matter what they’re doing to you. I’ve never had someone sit down and not let me get a single word out. She’s the worst… but everyone else here is very pleasant!"

"Just not impressed with staff. There’s openings, and they’re just not taking people in. The whole set up is a mess. Including their instructions on the paper work about scanning them. Some people aren’t lucky enough to have a scanner. Be grateful enough we went through and did all of the paperwork before the appointment. They also never call you back. They make appointments only to not put you even in the system at all. I just think it’s sad, especially during a pandemic when people are struggling. I would not recommend it here. Although other places are just as bad if not worse."

"The office here is filled with nice ladies, but they gave me the wrong information. One of them stated i didn't need the new patient forms for my daughter to meet with doctor Michael Stern via video chat (due to covid) the forms were coming in the mail by the way. They Scheduled us a appointment on a Friday and when i went to Doxy me.com to do the meeting the site asked me for a code/url to meet with doctor Stern. Which i did not have at all. Because of covid the mail was not on time. There for i did not receive the forms. I called the office only to find out the office was closed a woman told me she would fax a note stating i did call to inform them of my issue. I called Monday to tell them what happened. Another lady in the office told me NO! you need the forms to do the meet, because the forms have the instructions on what u need to do BUT because u and your daughter missed a appointment Doctor Stern will not meet with you guys. She even stated it was the office’s fault for miss information! but those were Doctor Sterns rules! I know nothing about doctor Stern. But i am happy my child didn't see him. Who treats someone like this? for having a hiccup with technology! especially a hiccup your office caused! Its a pandemic most parents are homeschooling their kids you would think a CHILD PSYCHOLOGIST would Be empathetic to that and do everything to see your child and help. But no not this crackpot. Doctor stern also does not have good reviews dont just use google review. google his name and look on other platforms! Do not send your child to him!"

"Two of my children see counselors here and they're both great. Miss Jen is so easy to talk to and my 11 year old loves to talk with her every other week. My other son sees Dave and he's very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend!"
