"I have never actually set foot in Wee Ones office, but I somehow had a bill for 330.00 that I was unaware of for two years. When I received my first notification of the bill, it came from a collections agency to an address that I don't even use. I immediately started seeking resolution to the issue. I started with my insurance, who indicated that Wee Ones never filed a claim for the date of service; Wee ones purports they did, but never produced the necessary documentation to the insurance company that would initiate the claims process. However, since the claim was so old, my insurance said a new filing would result in a denial for "Untimely Filing", which would result in Wee Ones being required to write it off under the "In Network Contract" with the insurance company. Wee Ones has refused to file a claim for the service date and instead opted to pursue payment otherwise. Wee Ones apparently cannot be compelled to file a claim (ever). So, if for some reason an internal error is made, or if for some reason it would be more lucrative to seek payment outside the claims process, there is no recourse for the client/guarantor. All Wee Ones must do is send the bill to a collections agency and there is no way for the client to defend themselves via documentation or communication from the insurance company to the credit collection agency. To add to the situation, Wee Ones has accruing interest (27.05) on the bill, thus furthering their incentive to never resolve the issue. From what I can surmise, this sounds like a business decision and is likely intentional."

"Dr Cox is a fantastic Dr and my children love him and loved him . They are grown niw but they love him and so do i he actually was their first Dr when he started at Northside hospital clinic many years ago ..He was doing his internship there !!"
