"Had a very important appointment. I actually need eye surgery again. So I had to see a specialist. The day of the appointment they call me a hour before the appointment telling me the Dr can't see me. And proceeded to be rude about it. I never had a problem before but the secretary Mary was extremely rude. I can't see the Dr until the end of January. This is not acceptable at all."
