"Went through the scheduling process online to get a physical. Show up at the appointment; which was an hour away from home; and got turned away. She said they only do physicals from 9-11am. Called customer service and did a walk-in at the next closest minute clinic. No problems there, just this location...."

"Never go here. Go to Southwoods Express Care up the road. I scheduled an appointment online for a 2-year old and had a screenshot of the confirmation I showed them. The woman said the appointment wasn't in their system and turned us away after driving a half-hour on a Sunday. We had 3 young kids with us -- a twin 2-year old and their barely older 3-year old brother. She complained they were booked and had already taken someone who wasn't in their system. Never again."

"This process was straightforward and easy from website sign in, pre-checking and then being seen by the nurse practitioner. It was a efficient and timely turnaround. I was able to get my medications processed with the CVS pharmacy quickly. I was seen for a bad sinus infection that if I would have went to my regular doctor would have taken 1.5 hrs to get seen. This was a much better experience at 20 minutes! I highly recommend this CVS Minute Clinic.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"Went in hoping they could give me my depo shot since I couldn't get ahold of my doctor. The lady made me feel absolutely stupid and acted like she didn't believe me when I told her my doctors office was closed every time I tried to reschedule my appointment. Then she tells me that if I do get my shot done there it's gonna be a couple hundred dollars. The site says they accept my insurance but when I asked her "won't my insurance cover it?" She says "I don't know if your insurance will cover it" How do you not know??? And I thought this place was supposed to be an affordable clinic? Never going there again."

"Erika is an amazing NP. Very thorough. As for anyone who complains about the wait time- #1. It is very easy to hold a spot online. It gives you a time to come in, and when you show up for your appointment the wait is nonexistent. #2. Why would you want the provider to be thorough with you, but not other patients before you. Don’t be ridiculous."
