"I had my first appointment here with their NP Haley. I was a long time patient of Dr. Canby and haven’t seen an OB since her office closed so I was nervous to see another doctor. I had the best experience at the Center for Women. The entire staff was friendly and the office was beautiful. My wait time was very short, but Haley made me feel so comfortable. She didn’t rush my appointment and I felt heard and cared for. I wish I could give the office 10/5. I highly recommend this office to anyone."

"Provided no numbing for iud or used an ultrasound to check if it was in place. Came in a few months later because I could feel it, and I was in pain just for them to send me home and say I'm fine. Went to another gyno, and the iud was not in the right position. The medical gaslighting is terrible at this place and they do everything with little effort. Go somewhere else!"

"This place is horrible. Charge random fees. If you are not their right on the dot they give a late free. If there on the dot, you wait forever to get in to a room. Staff is horrible all around. So glad I only have to go there 1 time a year and every 5 years to replace my IUD. Always wanting to do something more too. Labs, ultrasou d etc. Never seem to see the same person. Good luck with office/Billing they are rude and have no form of professionalism. Really sad and horrible facility."

"I’ve been going to center for women in canfield for 7 years and I highly recommend. All the staff is so kind & welcoming. I’ve had Keri Speicher as my doctor for 6 years and she’s been nothing short of amazing. She’s kind, upbeat, understanding, & overall has beautiful energy. Love this place :)"

"I’ve dealt with this office for years, due to location convenience. However, they have zero consideration for the patient’s time or schedule, as there’s always a lengthy wait for every appointment. I’ve had a new doctor or NP randomly over the years, with no warning. I’ve always paid at the time of my appointments, and never had outstanding bills. There’s no options to pay online. You have to go to the office, or mail a payment. Several months ago, I arrived for my scheduled appointment to have an IUD placed, and all the paperwork from my insurance. Of course that day, I was told my regular NP that I had been scheduled with no longer worked there, and I would have to see a doctor I had never met. I agreed because I was now out of time for switching my BC, so there wasn’t a lapse. I explained the paperwork from my insurance, that was very clear it didn’t cover any ultrasound related to IUD placement. I told them under no uncertain circumstances would I be getting an ultrasound since the entire procedure was covered by insurance 100% at no cost to me at all. This was agreed to verbally before the procedure was began. As soon as the doctor finished the procedure, she insisted on an ultrasound. I immediately resisted, but was assured by the doctor, and radiologist that the ultrasound would be coded so that I still wouldn’t be charged. Of course, right at Christmas, I received a bill for my ultrasound. Six months later, they’re threatening collections, because I’m still refusing to pay for my ultrasound that wasn’t covered. I’ve never had a bill, and this is how I’ve been treated even though I’ve tried to talk to various people in the office multiple times. It’s no wonder even the receptionists are rude in this office, it trickles down from the very top. Even my insurance company said they’ve never dealt with such an unpleasant office. I would absolutely give zero stars if you could, but just like tipping, a bad tip says more than no tip at all. I’ve filed a complaint with the State Medical Board, regarding being forced to have a procedure I requested not to have, and then refused, and ultimately was charged for. This place has no respect for humanity, they’re just a business doing anything they can/want to make a dime."
