"I went in for an iud placement. I asked for any kind of numbing but they "don't do that in the office" not only did they not manage my pain properly but they also didn't do an ultrasound to make sure it was in place. I complained a few months later of pain and a suspicion that it wasn't in place since I could feel it. They sent me home and said it was fine. I went to a different gyno for an annual check up and they said they were surprised I was in more pain because IT WAS NEVER IN PLACE TO BEGIN WITH! I do not recommend going here because it seems like they call you crazy and call it a day. So glad I went somewhere else."

"Dr. Baid was going to give me a hysterectomy knowing I had struggled with substance abuse. And a little over a month before my scheduled procedure she called me and canceled it because of my ongoing pain issues. She claimed I never had the bleeding that I complained of and that she wouldn't treat me. But days ago would!?!? I first felt she was cold and uncomfortable. After the second visit I felt slightly better but I only saw her twice. She put very little effort into working with me. She would always make me see her NP who was always extremely rude. Over looking 99% of your issues. I will never go back. Syhe handled things extremely poorly and accused me of doing things I was not even doing. Apparently if you pick up medication that means you took it all. . H"

"I was very pleased with my first visit to Dr Baird. She was very knowledgeable about my condition and offered several options to relieve my problems. Her compassion was evidence that she has a true investment with her patient. I chose to have surgery to relieve my problems. It went very smoothly and I am recuperating nicely at home. She was very reassuring and confident before and after the surgery. Her staff has been wonderful. They are as knowledgeable & compassionate in each of their areas of expertise as their employer. I am very satisfied with Dr Baird and am looking forward to her being my physician for a long time to come."

"Will never go back. During the visit, I mentioned some issues I was experiencing, including infertility. She was very cold and dismissive about it, simply saying she is not an OB and “I don’t treat that” and told me to go to another doctor. That’s fine you “don’t treat that,” but a little compassion and empathy would have been much appreciated. Treatment plan for all concerns at my visit was to put me back on birth control contraceptive (despite me expressing I was trying to get pregnant). Went home to my husband sobbing and will never go back."
