"It's happened for the second time since Monday. I'd purchased a $2 scratch off ticket. It was a winner, $3, and I tried to redeem it later that day at another store. I was unable to do that because One Stop had not activated the ticket before selling it to me. If you purchase your scratch offs here, make sure that you ask if the tickets have been activated before you walk out the door."

"" Sales are finall" I bought wrong flavor and just got back in the store in 30 seconds to change. That is what the lady told me showing her hand flat on me and turned around on me. I came here very often, they cannot be flexible to good customers. I felt she waa rude on a regular customer, no explanation whether it is the law or just their business policy but just "shut up and leave"message was what I got. Threw $35 Jimbeam Honey to trash can. I don't drink this. I don't do the same as their business practice losing customers and being rude. Nothing good for both."
