"I see everyone complaining about the services received. Ok first thing, they are the entire mercy health facilities. Just from the hospital stand point never go there. We have second rate medical care in this area. No one deserves to be shunned, mistreated as we are paying for there cars, homes, luxurious vacations. The doctors I had here were great. Dr Fedyna and Dr Mellott. So understanding and the listened. You want good care use Summa Health or Cleveland clinic, I have not needed my replacement that much but seems understanding"

"They don’t even deserve 1 star!! Took my 8 month old there so we didn’t have to take him to the er for his ear to be checked (drainage coming from it) he has a low immune system. We met with a DOCTOR he first checked the wrong ear shows he wasn’t listening or cared. Said his ears were red from a cold… so 2 days later my son is literally scratching his ear so bad he’s bleeding, take him to a different doctor at Akrons and He needed an antibiotic for a ear infection… needless to say don’t go there unless you want your baby to suffer."

"The front office staff are very impatient and rude...in person and the phone. I see Dr. Mellott and am thinking of finding a new physician due to the ignorance of the staff. If they do not have empathy for their patients maybe they chose the wrong field."

"Me and my daughter (5 years old) have been here 2 times and they have been extreamly friendly and very sweet with my little. We have both seen Dr. Hageman both times. He was always open to answering all her silly questions (as were the nurses) and willing to answer my questions and explain anything i needed explained. They also rushed to fill out paper work we needed for her to return to school even know i sprung it on them.. Over all they went above and beyond what was needed and I am very thankful! The receptionists were not as warm and inviting as the drs and nurses but I dont feel needing to have a personal relationship with them is as important as the wonderful nurses and doctors!"
