"Stolen money.. and didnt have cash in the drawer to give me my refund back…. What kind of store doesnt have cash??? Makes no sense but when i got home i look at the reciepts they stole $5.63 from me smh.. im not going to make a big deal out of it but the attitude and atmosphere can be a bit better makes you feel uncomfortable Being in their"

"To start off, the employees that work there are very mean, they’re 3 guys, one that has long hair, one that has glasses and one that looks like a short shark. They back door their whole inventory, and then they resell it to a person. This is very unfair and doesn’t let other people get a chance to win shoes. Also they have the worst customer service ever, didn’t even greet me at all. What’s corporates number?"

"Upon walking in, I was not greeted. I noticed they only greeted certain customers. I was not asked for help. I went up to ask about sizes and the 3 gentlemen were standing in a row talking and acted like I was bothering them. The 2 men with the short faded haircuts were stuck up and did not want anything to do with me. Very BRO-VIBES in there! Awful experience and not Lgbt friendly at all! I do not recommend, very bad customer service!"

"Their were two workers working with one customer. I told the associate what shoe I needed he told me okay. then he proceeded with the other associate and customer I waited 5 minutes for one of them to assist me. He never asked me if I needed help he just went for the shoe I had earlier showed him. He came back said "that shoe want available in my size and headed back to his register. I asked for another shoe and he handle it in the same way. He never told me what shoes they all have in the shoe as I was looking for (infant sz) he wasn't very friendly or didn't seem to care if I needed help or not. This is on a Wed. so maybe the world's are better."

"I can't say anything about the manager since I don't know him but the employees ROCK! I accidentally left my purse there and after searching the whole mall I went there and the employees had locked it up in the back room. They kept it safe and ALL my money and brand new iPhone were all still in it. It's not easy to find such a great group of guys! Thank you to all of you who were there on Friday night April 8, 2016! You are the BEST!!!"
