"Purchase a pair of timberlands for 150.00 from the Southern Park Mall in Ohio today. I asked to try them on. Was only given the right shoe to try on thought that was kinda strange but at the time laughed about it. When we got home, I took both boots out of the box to find the left boot has 2 big scratch marks on the top of it. I called the store immediately spoke with the manager explained how upset I was that I was even sold this item in the first place. Also explained I live out of state. Manager stated well this item is mass produced. Not even sure what in the world that even means isn’t everything mass produced these days. When I told him how upset that I was even sold the boots. He said well we would have checked the size before you left. Told him the size isn’t the issue. Was told I could bring them back to get them replaced or a refund. I stated again I’m out of state. I am definitely not happy that this store would have even sold this item."
