"Stopped by for happy hour and really enjoyed my time here. The drinks were great and plentiful - many options to choose from. They have indoor and outdoor seating options and seem to fill up pretty fast so it's good to make a reservation if you can. I believe there is a 90 minute time limit but they aren't to strict on this unless it's pretty packed. We ordered fries, mac and cheese, chicken nuggets, a burger and the buffalo chicken dip. The food overall was pretty good, no stand outs but good and not terribly expensive for DC. Will have to come back and try the popular chicken every one talks about. The drinks were really good and they have an extensive menu. The happy hour special and options for it are great as well. I had the old fashion on the happy hour menu and it was solid. Off of the happy hour the highlight for me was the griselda blanco. Will definitely be back for that! Overall great experience here and will definitely be back to try more things off the menu and go back for my drink favs."

"Overview: This place is receiving a 3* not because of their food and drink but their owner + bouncer. They are still asking for Vaccination Proof in October of 2022? The bouncer had a ridiculous attitude and did mention the owner was forcing them to do this which was really stupid. This policy will literally kill returning customers. The food and drinks were honestly pretty good, which is why I was annoyed. Food: The service here was pretty quick and portions were MASSIVE! We couldn’t finish the fried chicken dish. Fries were clearly cooked from frozen which was meh. Drinks: Their drink menu is extensive and everything we tried was awesome. Must visit for cocktail lovers in DC. Space: Great bar vibe and tables."

"Really dope spot. Tons of character, and characters. Provocative cocktails, tempting bites. Great decor and art. Georgeous patio. Great service. It's got all the U street vibes. Been here a couple of times now, for drinks first then dinner and drinks. Both times were great. We pretty much ate everything on the menu, Nashville Hot wings, crab macaroni and cheese, crab dip, regular macaroni and cheese, and of course the fried chicken. Everything was pretty epic, but the standouts were definitely the fried chicken and crab dip. Drinks here are phenomenal. Creative, well balanced, and well crafted. They have one for every palate -and every pallette."
